Challenger League Website
The Challenger League programs provides the opportunity for children with special needs to play and
participate in group sports, such as basketball, soccer and baseball, within the town of Franklin. The goal is to provide
a comfortable environment for the individuals, without the pressures and competition often associated with traditional sports
teams. The emphasis is on fun, exercise and sportsmanship. The program also provides typical siblings, peers and parents,
opportunities to share the joys of a positive sporting experience with the children with disabilities, who might never have
considered playing otherwise. The program is available to boys and girls of any age, with all types of physical and developmental
disabilities. There is no fee to participate. The programs are open to everyone. Please let us know you are interested in
coming so we can provide you with the complimentary uniform. You are not obligated to show up each week. We do most of our
communications through email, so sign up to be on our mailing list.
