All finances (expenses/revenue) will be explicitly updated in this  file. For any questions on any component please send an e-mail to franklinhoops@yahoo.com.   Following each tournament the Jimmy Fund forwards us a letter verifying our donation amount and this is  forwarded to all participants (parents) and volunteers. Any previous letter is on file should you wish to retain a copy.

 (a)  Horace Mann & Oak St for the day (7:15AM-8:00) was $1425.   (Gyms, Janitors, Check to the Superintendent's Office (Darlene Grove on 11/16)

 

Oak St Gym (12 hours X $20/hr)

HM Gym (13 Hours X $30/hr)

Janitors (2 Janitors X 13.75 Hours X $28.75/hr)


(b)  Pisano Design (Union St Franklin) is our vendor for shirts.   These shirts are $6 each which includes the front/back screens.)  (We will need one for each player , one for each Student Volunteer and the remainder will be given as thanks to our Corporate Basket & Shirt Sponsors.) (total 300 shirts...$1800)
            
(c)      First Aid Kits, Ice Packs & Flip Scoreboards were all purchased for the 3rd Annual Tournament as a one-time expense.  
This year we will needed to purchase more whistles/lanyards. ($40)


(d)  We have Certificates provided by the Jimmy Fund for the the kids participating in the clinics.  We purchase 30 trophies for  the 3 on 3 Champions, Hotshot, Foul Shooting & 3 Point Competitions at each level ...$140 www.aaatrophies.com 


(e)  Sign Material, Markers, Tape, Pens ($30)


(f)  An annual sox game attended by a number of Franklin families had a Jimmy Fund Component to raise $250. See the link below.

(g)  Kennedy School 2nd Grader Declan Walmsley donated a bag of $5 worth of loose change to be donated to the Jimmy Fund.
