            (a)  In July 2007 a payment of $880 was made to Franklin Schools  to reserve Horace Mann, Oak St, Sullivan & Keller from 7AM-8PM.


(b)  Since our tournament is a charitable function to benefit the 
      Jimmy Fund, Dana Farber has an umbrella insurance policy to 
      cover all the liability we need. $0

(c)  Pisano Design (Union St Franklin) is our vendor for shirts.  
      These shirts are $6 each which includes the front/back screens.)
     (We will have 192 players and 108 other shirts will be made for the
       school volunteers (~75) and sponsors.....$1800)
              
(d)      Whistles (8 dozen...$40) and Lanyards (8 dozen $60) were
            purchased and will be used for at least two years as many kids have  their own whistles to ref.  We did have a one time expense related   to the purchase of 10 Flip Scoreboards purchased at Tri-Valley  Sporting Goods in Medway. CYO Coordinator Joe DePalo helped us get a  good rate of these (10 X $23/each...$230)  40% better than the same scoreboard off the the web. In the past few years we have raced  around gyms on Sat after the rec games trying to gather up to 8. 
However, most divisions have electronic scoreboards so it was better 
to "absorb" this expense once and we'll have them exclusively to be 
used in this tourney for years to come. Add first aid kits & ice 
packs which will be used for future years...$55...total: $385
              


(e)  Any and all Raffle Prizes we have are from donations. We will 
not spend any money on Raffle Prizes as we consider these a 
bonus and not the primary impetus for individual/family 
sponsorship. $0

(f)  We have Certificates provided by the Jimmy Fund for the 
Division Team Winners as well as the individual Hotshot, 3-Point, 
and Foul Shot Champions in each Division.  We have trophies for 
the 3 on 3 Champions at each level....$150 (AAA Trophies)

(g)  We'll need posterboard/tape/markers to put up 
Individual/Family Sponsor Signs (In 
addition to post the schedules at each basket, etc.)  $50 (Staples)

(h)  Sponsor Adv Expenses:  On 12/15 packets sent to local
 businesses. $10 (Post Office)
