 As noted from the ledger the youth participation fees should cover the expenses of the league. Any Basket Sponsors or  Corporate/Business Sponsors will comprise the our Jimmy Fund Donation.  The contributions of local businesses as Shirt Sponsors and parents as Basket Sponsors is very much appreciated!                                                      

a. Our Event Insurance is covered by the Jimmy Fund/Dana Farber 
Umbrella! ($0) 

 b.  The shirts are being purchased from Pisano Designs. (Union 
     Street Franklin) It should be noted that Rob Pisano is charging us 
     the same volume price discounted for the shirts (~$5/shirt plus two 
     $25 one-time screen charges) as is done for the Recreation Program. 

   c. The Equipment (Balls, Clocks, First Aid Kits, Whistles etc.) is 
      being lent (obviously given in the case of whistles) to us by the 
      Franklin Recreation Department. (Many thanks to the Director of 
      Recreation Ryan Jette)  We will not  need to buy any equipment for  the tournament.

d. No money will be spent to purchase any Raffle Prizes. We will 
     count exclusively on donations. (See Raffle Prize link) 

e.  Misc (100 Letters went out to businesses on 12/15 to help 
     generate Shirt Sponsorship...100 stamps) Bags of Ice for Water 
     Coolers, Cups, Sponsor Signage Materials, Clipboards, Copies, Tape, Posterboard, Markers, etc.)

  f.    Volunteer Shirts - The Youth High School Volunteers that     helped were given a shirt to wear the day of the event. A shirt was  also purchased for each of our Shirt Sponsors. (We had a few shirts             left over between the Vol Shirts, HS Boys & 7/8G Division which will 
be used to give next Fall to potential Shirt Sponsors for our 2nd 
Annual Tournament.)

 g.    Trophies - We have purchased 24 trophies for the 6 teams that 
        win their respective 3 on 3 Divisions. (5.50 X 24 + 5% tax.)
